From prototype to finished part.

We are building manufacturing capability in phases, starting with 3D printing and composites in Lithuania.

3D printing and prototyping

3D printing is where we start: the fastest capability to set up. It turns a design into a test part in days rather than weeks, so customers and our own engineers can iterate before committing to tooling.

Composites

From printing we move into composite manufacturing: vacuum infusion, oven-cured prepreg and pressed plates in carbon, glass and aramid, for airframes, arms, housings and radio-transparent covers. We will source fibre, fabric and prepreg from EEA suppliers wherever possible.

Precision parts

The second phase adds CNC-machined precision parts, made together with an established Lithuanian machining partner.

Injection moulding

Also in the second phase: in-house injection moulding for series production, including thermoplastic overmoulded around composite inserts for stiff parts with moulded features.

Manufacturing support and R&D

Over time we will offer full manufacturing support and research and development across further product lines and production sites.

Software in every phase

Production data, traceability and quality records are built in from the first part, so what we make can be traced from fibre to frame.

Roadmap

Where each capability fits.

  1. 01Now

    From prototyping to composites

We start with 3D printing, the fastest and leanest way in, then move into composite manufacturing: vacuum infusion, oven-cured prepreg and pressed plates in carbon, glass and aramid.

  2. 02

    Part manufacturing

CNC-machined precision parts with an established Lithuanian machining partner, plus in-house injection moulding, including overmoulded composite inserts.

  3. 03

    Expansion

Further product lines and further production sites, growing into full manufacturing support and R&D.

Software runs through every phase: we build digital production, traceability and quality data in from the first part.
